The United States, just weeks after winning the CONCACAF Nations League, is back competing for glory.

They'll face Panama in tonight's semi-final of the CONCACAF World Cup, after surviving a scare against Canada in the Quarterfinals.

The winner of tonight's game will take on the winner of the other semi-final matchup between Mexico and Jamaica.

So, I'm going to take a look at the total instead and I'm going to back the UNDER 2.5 at -155.

Panama's strength is its defense, boasting the third best expected goals against mark in the tournament behind only USA and Mexico. They give up just 0.94 expected goals per contest. The US are even better, putting up an expected goals against of 0.79.
