Utah State vs. New Mexico Prediction, Odds, Against Spread and Over/Under for College Football Week 13
By Matt De Saro
The Utah State Aggies entered last week’s game against the Wyoming Cowboys flying high at 8-2 overall and alone at the top of the Mountain West Mountain Division. Now, they are 8-3 and tied with Air Force and Boise State for the top spot in the division. The Aggies have the tiebreaker against Air Force but not against Boise State. So, not only do the Aggies have to win this game but they need Boise State to lose to San Diego State as 2.5-point road favorites.
The only thing that New Mexico has to play for here is pride, but for us, they can also play for an ATS win. But, after three losses in a row including a 37-0 shutout by Boise State, this team looks ready for the offseason. Can they pull it together this week and keep this game close or will they roll over and let the Aggies have their way?

Utah State vs. New Mexico Prediction and Pick
The Aggies had the Mountain Division within their grasp and the Mountain West Championship game was in sight. All they needed to do was beat Wyoming last week and the MW-worst Lobos this week. The Cowboys, who are still fighting for a Bowl Game, had other ideas and smoked the Aggies 44-17 in Logan.
The loss snapped the aggies five-game conference winning streak and now their chances at a conference title hang on the shoulders of others. Needless to say, Utah State is pissed off right now.
In theory, it should have no trouble beating up on the Lobos in a possible “warm-up” game for the championship matchup. Based on the Lobos’ inability to cover, let alone win, this has revenge blowout written all over it. Utah State by a million.
Pick: Utah State -14.5 (-110)
