Following a statement win against the Golden State Warriors, the Memphis Grizzlies have finally gotten their point across.

Memphis is in the midst of a 10-game winning streak and are starting to get their respect from the oddsmakers in Vegas.

WynnBET moved the Grizzlies’ title odds from +6000 to +3000, which is a huge move to happen in a week. The Grizzlies are also -280 to win the Southwest division and+1500 to win the Western Conference.

The Grizzlies are on the longest active win streak. With Ja Morant back and healthy, anything is possible. It's also worth noting that Morant's NBA MVP odds have gone from +3500 all the way up to +2000 at WynnBET just in the last few days as well.

This is a different Memphis team than the one we’re used to. Grit N’ Grind, at least by philosophy, is no longer here. Yet the mentality is very much in the atmosphere. They're beating teams on offense, ranking fourth in the league in offensive rating (112.2). Defensively, the Grizzlies are still stout, ranking No. 9 in defensive rating (108.1).

The reason this Grizzlies team is getting its respect now is largely due to who they’ve beaten during this streak. Memphis has taken down the Suns, Nets, Warriors and Lakers twice in the span of two and a half weeks. They are getting legitimate wins and have the league on notice.

Memphis is currently the No. 3 seed in the Western conference. With the Jazz struggling without Rudy Gobert, there’s a lot more room for the Grizzlies to create some space in the No. 3 seed and even make a run at the Warriors and Suns for the top seed in the West.

The Grizzlies were 9-10 early on this season. They’ve now gone 20-4 since then and are rightfully getting their flowers early in the season. They are a serious team and bettors should jump on the bandwagon before it gets too full.
