Cousins will now be with the Vikings presumably through the 2023 NFL season. There were rumors that the Vikings may have pursued other options at the position, but now it seems like they're set on Cousins leading the team forward.
This is bad news for Vikings fans and bettors. Sure, Cousins isn't the worst quarterback in the NFL, but in today's age of the league, you need a top tier quarterback if you want to win a championship, and the 33-year old is far from that.
