Pittsburgh's pursuit for an ACC Championship berth continues against Virginia.

Virginia was without starting quarterback Brennan Armstrong last week against Notre Dame, and his status is up in the air ahead of this one, but it may have been a strategic move with this game possibly determining who wins the ACC Coastal.

The Cavaliers are a game behind Pitt heading into this one, so how should we bet this pivotal conference showdown?

Here are the odds, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

Virginia vs. Pittsburgh Prediction and Pick

A lot of this game will come down to the availability of Armstrong, who has been the entire UVA offense this season. He is third in the country in passing yards despite missing last week, throwing for 3,557 yards and scoring 34 total touchdowns.

I do think Armstrong plays in this one considering he sat last week as a game-time decision and this game is for their entire season.

If Armstrong plays, I'll be looking at the over as both offenses are super explosive in the passing game. The UVA QB has been fantastic, but Pitt's Kenny Pickett is even more dominant, throwing for 3,517 yards and 32 passing touchdowns.

Neither defense will be able to slow the other down, UVA is outside top 100 in defensive success rate and allowing more than 30 points per game. Pitt has struggled with explosive offenses, allowing 34 to Tennessee earlier in the year, 38 to Miami a few weeks back, and even 29 to Duke. I think a healthy Armstrong can get this over the high total.

Now, if Armstrong is out, this is a stay away with a lean at Pitt under -16, which will likely disappear on that news.

PICK: OVER 66.5 (wait for Armstrong news)
