The Golden State Warriors are back in business and head to the Lone Star State tonight to face the Dallas Mavericks. The Warriors are up to the eighth seed in the West and are looking to keep their momentum going.

Dallas has fallen to the 11th seed in the Western Conference. The Mavericks’ recent struggles have been concerning, considering they have a potential MVP on their roster. Can they flip the script tonight against the Warriors?

Warriors vs. Mavericks Prediction and Pick

The sky is no longer falling in Golden State. The Warriors are 7-3 in their last 10 games, have won their last three, and are top six in net rating over the last 10 games. Stephen Curry’s MVP stock is all the way up right now, and the Mavericks will likely see why tonight.

While Golden State has seemed to fix its problems, the Mavericks are starting to have issues of their own. They are 3-7 in their last 10 games, are 19th in net rating and are 25th in offensive rating in that span. Luka Dončić has to do everything and we’re seeing the effects of it right now.

With four straight losses to playoff teams, I’m not sure if I can trust the Mavericks – even at home tonight. I’ll take the Warriors with the short spread tonight to keep the good vibes going.
