Warriors vs. Suns Prediction and Odds for Wednesday, November 16 (Warriors Impossible to Trust on Road)
By Peter Dewey
For the second time this season, the Golden State Warriors and Phoenix Suns will face off, as Golden State looks for revenge from its blowout loss earlier in the 2022-23 campaign.
Phoenix beat the Warriors by 29 at home the last time these two teams played, but the Suns could look a lot different in this matchup, as they are already without Cameron Johnson and Landry Shamet and may not have guard Chris Paul (heel, questionable) as well.
The Suns are coming off a tough loss to the Miami Heat on Monday, while Golden State bounced back from a road loss to the Sacramento Kings on Sunday to blow out the San Antonio Spurs on Monday night.
Somehow, the Warriors have yet to win a game on the road this season, going 0-7. Does that trend keep up in Phoenix?

Warriors vs. Suns Prediction and Pick
The Warriors’ supporting cast has been a huge concern, with Klay Thompson, Jordan Poole and others getting out to shaky starts this season.
Jonathan Kuminga, Moses Moody and James Wiseman have struggled to carve out consistent roles in the rotation, which has left the Warriors in a tough spot when it comes to trusting their bench.
They’ve been horrible when Steph Curry is on the bench, which is a major concern against the top teams in the West.
The Suns also held Curry to a season-low 21 points in the first matchup between these two teams this season.
If Paul misses this game, it feels like a steal that Golden State is an underdog, but I’m not sold on trusting this team on the road. The Warriors are 1-6 ATS on the road, losing by an average of -10.6 points in those games.
I’ll lean with Phoenix to win this game, but this may be a stay away until we know Paul’s status.
