The 2021 NFL season may be over, but we all know that the NFL never sleeps.
The league is getting prepared for what should be crazy offseason, especially with several quarterbacks potentially on the move.
That being said, the 2022 NFL Draft and NFL Draft Combine are coming faster than you’d expect even though Super Bowl 56 was played just one week ago.
Here’s what you need to know about the NFL Draft Combine and when it begins:
The NFL Combine Is From March 1 Through March 7, 2022
The 2022 NFL Scouting Combine is a week-long showcase where prospects are able to showcase their abilities to teams in meetings, drills and more.
Players from the upcoming draft class are invited by the NFL to perform several physical and mental tests in front of scouts, coaches and front office members in order to attempt to boost their draft position.
The combine features drills such as the shuttle, bench press, 40-yard dash and much more. There are position specific drills for players as well, and it is always important to see which quarterbacks throw at the NFL Scouting Combine.
This is a make-or-break event for some players, and many of them can raise their draft stock with an impressive showing.
Where Is the NFL Combine?
The week-long showcase will be at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Prior to being hosted in Lucas Oil Stadium, the NFL Combine was held at the RCA Dome in Indianapolis until 2008.
