Which NFL Team Will Win the Most Games the Rest of the Season?

We are nearing the halfway point of the NFL season and the playoff picture is starting to come into focus. 

The truly elite teams have shown themselves by now and the question is : “Which team will win the most games for the rest of the season?”

I didn’t want to get cute with my answer, so I just went to see who had the easiest schedule remaining and I chose out of two contenders -- the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and the Buffalo Bills. I’m siding with the Bills.

Buffalo has the third-easiest schedule remaining, with the combined win percentage of its opponents sitting at .403. The Bills also have taken their bye week already, so they have 11 games remaining. 

Their schedule is very favorable considering it still features five AFC East matchups, and games against the Jacksonville Jaguars and the quickly declining Carolina Panthers. 

On top of this, Buffalo's three hardest games are against the Bucs, Saints and Falcons. If that is the hardest stretch of football they have to play, this season could be better than last season.

The Bills have the second-best scoring offense and the second-best scoring defense. They also have the best turnover margin in football and convert on third down at a 50% rate. The Bills are elite in all of the major categories and have one of the easiest schedules to go with it.

The Bills aren’t the clear-cut best team in the league, but they are great in everything they do and their last loss was because of a fourth-and-one slip by Josh Allen. They will be fine for the rest of the season as long as everyone stays healthy.
