Wild vs. Blues Prediction and Odds (Wild To Slow Down Surging Blues)
By Joe Summers
We've got a matchup of surging squads tonight as the 40-20-10 St. Louis Blues host the 43-21-5 Minnesota Wild at 8:00 PM EST.
St. Louis has won five of six, including three straight, while the Wild are 9-2 over their last 11.
These teams have split the season series to this point, with Minnesota winning 4-3 in October and the Blues notching a 6-2 victory in January.
Who will win the season series and stay hot in what seems to be an evenly-matched contest?
Let's check out the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook to find out:

Wild vs Blues Prediction and Pick
The Blues have been dominant of late, but their success has come against mostly weak competition like the Coyotes and Kraken. They'd lost five of six before beating the Canucks twice in a row to start this stretch of good play, and I think the Wild are well-positioned to take advantage of the Blues' poor competition.
Minnesota has recent wins over the Capitals, Hurricanes, Avalanche, and Bruins, so their opponents have been much stronger and the Wild have still impressed.
We should see Cam Talbot in net for Minnesota today and he's been fantastic. He's 9-1 in his last 10 starts, with the only loss coming in overtime, and has allowed two or fewer goals in six of his last seven.
St. Louis has won three straight at home, but again, it's been against bad teams. They dropped four in a row at home prior to their winning streak and I can't yet trust them until I see these performances against good teams.
Give me the Wild behind another strong performance from Talbot in goal.
Pick: Wild (-110)
