The PGA Tour will head to the Sedgefield Country Club for the 2021-22 PGA Tour season finale.

If you want my full betting preview and top picks for the event, check out my article here, or watch this week's episode of Green on the Greens below.

Now, it's time to dive into some dark horses and long shots. Now, I'll be honest, you might be wondering, "why hasn't there been any winners in the dark horse articles this season?". Well, it's because this season has been oddly filled with chalky picks.

BUT, I have good news. If history at the Wyndham Championship is any indication, the streak of favorites winning might come to an end on Sunday.

So, without further ado, let's jump into my favorite longshot bets this week. All odds listed are via WynnBET Sportsbook.

Wyndham Championship Longshot Bets

C.T. Pan +10000

As I pointed out in my betting preview, accuracy reins supreme at Sedgefield Country Club. Golfers who are usually at a disadvantage due to their lack of distance off the tee, can shine at this week's tournament.

One of those golfers is C.T. Pan, who ranks only 128th in driving distance, but ranks inside the top 80 in both driving accuracy and greens in regulation.

He thrives at shorter courses, which is proven by his only career win being at the RBC Heritage, another notable course that fits accurate hitters.

Danny Willett +15000

Danny Willett, the former Masters Champion, isn't a golfer that a lot of people talk about, but he has a few strengths that can pull him to the top of leaderboards on occasion.

The biggest strength of his, is his play around the greens. He ranks 2nd on Tour in strokes gained: around-the-green, and Sedgefield is one of the few tracks where good chipping can actually help separate you from the pack.

At 150/1, I think he's worth a sprinkle in a weaker-field event.

Ryan Moore +30000

You wanna get nuts? Let's get nuts.

I gave out Ryan Moore to finish in the Top 20 at +1000 on this week's episode of Green on the Greens, but if you want a chance to win $300 on a $1 bet, toss one on him and see what happens.

He is one of the shortest drivers on Tour, ranking 194th in driving distance, but yet he's one of the most accurate, ranking seventh in driving accuracy. He also has a solid iron game, ranking 68th in strokes gained: approach.

More importantly, he ranks 13th in approaches from 125-150 yards and 6th in approaches from 150-175 yards, which are key distances this week.

Finally, he won this event back in 2009, had a 10th place finish in 2015, and a 6th place finish in 2018. He has fantastic course history here. Not bad for a 300/1 longshot.
