The New York Yankees have won 10 straight games heading into Tuesday’s showdown against Alek Manoah and the Toronto Blue Jays, and there actually may be some value on New York.

The Yankees are underdogs in this game at WynnBET Sportsbook, despite the fact that the team has the No. 2 ERA in baseball and is coming off a gutsy 3-2 win over the Jays last night.

It’s hard to fade the hottest team in baseball right now, but Manoah is an early candidate to win the Cy Young, posting a 4-0 record with a 1.44 ERA so far this season.

Here are the odds for this game via WynnBET before we get to the game pick.

Yankees vs. Blue Jays Odds, Run Line and Total

Run Line:

  • Yankees +1.5 (-180)
  • Blue Jays -1.5 (+150)

Moneyline:

  • Yankees: +120
  •  Blue Jays: -130

Total:

  • 8 (Over +100/Under -120)

Yankees vs. Blue Jays Prediction and Pick

There are a few spots where we can take advantage in this game, starting with the total.

As I mentioned, Manoah is off to a great start this season, and he held the Yankees to just one hit in six innings in his first start of the season.

The Yankees are throwing Jameson Taillon (1-1, 3.26 ERA) on Tuesday, but the team’s bullpen has been electric all season, so I don’t see the lesser starter being too much of a worry in this one. Even though it is at -120, the UNDER is a solid play, especially since there were just five runs scored in last night's contest.

The second spot I want to go is with the streaking Yankees as underdogs… because why not?

I know Manoah is a tough starter to face, but the Yankees are now third in OPS, third in runs scored and first in home runs this season.

How could you fade a team that’s won 10 straight in such dominant fashion? I certainly won’t be doing that.

Lean: UNDER 8 (-120) | Yankees Moneyline (+120)
