Verdict

The line in this game feels correct with the 49ers as short underdogs, but I believe they are live for an upset. With Trent Williams on track to play for this one, San Francisco is going to establish the run and keep the Dallas offense on the sidelines.

While Dak Prescott has the accolades this season, he has been significantly worse than Jimmy Garoppolo since returning from his calf strain. Since Week 9, the Dallas signal caller is outside the top 10 in adjusted EPA/Play per RBSDM.com while Garoppolo is third, behind only Aaron Rodgers and Joe Burrow.

The Cowboys defense is also primed for some negative regression after leading the league in turnover margin this season, +14. While Garoppolo is prone to his own mistakes, I believe that Shanahan is going to look to establish the run and use Deebo Samuel in exotic play calls to maintain possession.

PICK: 49ers ML +140
