3 Best NBA Prop Bets Today for Celtics vs. Warriors Game 6
The final two games of the NBA season are here. If the Warriors win tonight, they’ll be crowned champions. If the Celtics can defend home court, we’ll go back to the Bay for a Game 7. This series has been unpredictable, fun and physical – making each game a challenge to get a beat on.
BetSided has you covered with a game preview for the matchup, but let’s dive into the player props.
Here are three prop bets for Warriors-Celtics Game 6.
Best Prop Bets For Warriors vs. Celtics
- Jordan Poole OVER 11.5 Points (-125)
- Derrick White 2+ Threes (-115)
- Kevon Looney OVER 5.5 Points (-115)
Jordan Poole OVER 11.5 Points (-120)
The Boston Celtics switched up the way they defended Steph Curry in Game 5, adding a lot more pressure on the ball. This adjustment forces the rest of the team to shoulder the load of creation and Jordan Poole has no issue taking on that burden. He’s cleared this line in three of the last four games of the series. His three-point shooting has been a little sporadic, but the open looks he’ll get tonight should put him on the right path.
Derrick White 2+ Threes (-115)
White had a terrible Game 5. He scored one point and missed all three of his three-point attempts. Tonight, he gets to come back home and get a bounce back game. Jayson Tatum has shown that he’s going to be a facilitator in this series, which means that White will get some looks from his passes.
He’s cleared this line in three of the five games this series. I expect Boston to come out firing in order to save its season. White might also get some extra time if Robert Williams’ knee becomes more of an issue.
Kevon Looney OVER 5.5 Points (-115)
Looney had cleared this line in Games 2-4, but got into some early foul trouble in Game 5. Like my Poole prediction, I think Looney is going to get some chances tonight due to the added pressure of Curry. If the Celtics start to trap, expect Looney to get some layups from Draymond Green dump off passes. Looney will have to be on the floor for rebounding purposes, so he’ll have to be serviceable on offense to justify a double-big lineup.
