The Denver Nuggets will look to avenge Thursday’s loss against the San Antonio Spurs when the two teams face off again on Saturday.

Denver is a one-point favorite on Saturday, with the total for the game at WynnBET set at 219.0.

Let’s break down some prop bets for this matchup:

Best Prop Bets for Nuggets vs. Spurs

  • Jakob Poeltl OVER 8.5 Rebounds (+100)
  • Nikola Jokic OVER 12.0 Rebounds (-105)
  • Keldon Johnson OVER 12.5 Points (-105)

Jakob Poeltl OVER 8.5 Rebounds (+100)

I’m surprised to see Poeltl’s line down at 8.5 with the over at even money considering he is averaging 9.3 rebounds per game and grabbed nine boards against the Denver Nuggets in their matchup on Thursday.

Since returning from injury, Poeltl has nine or more boards in eight of his 10 games and eight of his last nine.

I know Nikola Jokic can be a handful down low, but this seems like the perfect time to back Poeltl to hang around his season average on the glass.

Nikola Jokic OVER 12.0 Rebounds (-105)

Denver Nuggets center Nikola Jokic is having another MVP-caliber season, as he’s averaging 26.1 points, 13.4 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game this season.

Jokic grabbed 13 boards on Thursday against the Spurs and has grabbed at least 12 rebounds in four of his last six games.

I know I’m on the over for both centers in this game, but the Spurs love to push the ball (seventh in pace) which should leave plenty of opportunities for rebounds.

Keldon Johnson OVER 12.5 Points (-105)

Keldon Johnson is averaging 14.4 points per game this year on great efficiency, as he’s shooting 46.5 percent from the field and 40.6 percent from 3.

Johnson should be getting more touches in the Spurs’ offense, as he’s cleared this number in nine straight games where he’s taken double-digit shots. Overall, Johnson has scored 13 or more points in six of his last seven.

He’s coming off an ankle ailment that kept him out of San Antonio’s game on Thursday, but he’s listed as probable tonight and I think he bounces back against Debver’s No. 18 defense.
