The 47-29 Boston Celtics host the 48-28 Miami Heat tonight in a critical game in the Eastern Conference playoff race. Miami sits just one game ahead of Boston for the No. 1 seed, so there are massive implications at hand.

BetSided's Peter Dewey has us covered with his preview, for the marquee matchup, but there's value on the board aside from a play on the spread or total.

I've got three prop bets that caught my eye - after going 3-0 with my props in the last Celtics game, I'm ready to keep it rolling. Let's jump into it, thanks to our friends at WynnBET Sportsbook:

3 Best Prop Bets For Heat vs. Celtics

Marcus Smart Over 6.5 Assists (-105)

We hit on this prop Sunday and I'm going back to the well. Smart had only four assists in his last game against the Toronto Raptors but the Celtics were resting Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown. Prior to that, Smart hit this prop in five straight games as he's taken on more of a playmaking role for Boston.

He's averaging 7.6 assists per game this month and as the main facilitator for the team with the best offensive rating in March, I love his chances to get at least seven assists once again.

Jaylen Brown Over 23.5 Points (-125)

Hey, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Brown is on a tear, having hit this prop in six straight games while averaging 28 points per game. He lit Miami up for 29 points when they played in January and he's been a huge beneficiary of Smart's increased playmaking role.

Especially in such an important game, I expect a healthy dose of Brown. The Heat will likely try to slow Jayson Tatum down, so Brown should have ample opportunities to score.

Jaylen Brown 3+ 3-Pointers (+110)

Miami averages the fourth-most opposing 3-point shots per game in the league at 38.1. Brown has hit at least three 3-pointers in four of his last five contests and is shooting 51.9% from beyond the arc in that stretch.

He shot 3-for-9 from deep when Boston beat the Heat in January, so we know the style they'll use to attack means he'll have plenty of looks from deep. I think he nails at least three of them once again and love this prop at plus money.
