We're right back to where we started when it comes to line movement for Thursday Night Football between the San Francisco 49ers and Tennessee Titans.

After opening as 3-point road favorites, bettors bet up San Francisco to -3.5 where it stood for most of the week. However, early Thursday morning, the line began shifting back towards Tennessee, where the Titans are now back to 3-point home dogs.

The total has held throughout the week at 44.5, with even action on both sides at -110 odds.

BetSided's Matt De Saro expects the 49ers to continue to not only play well, but also cover in this evening's game; but what prop bets should bettors look to target?

Here are a few of my favorites, with all odds and prop opportunities available via WynnBET Sportsbook.

Best Prop Bets for 49ers vs. Titans

  • D'Onta Foreman OVER 48.5 Rushing Yards (-125)
  • Nick Westbrook-Ikhine Anytime TD (+225)
  • Jimmy Garoppolo OVER 236.5 Passing Yards (-125)

D'Onta Foreman OVER 48.5 Rushing Yards (-125)

Foreman has over 100 rushing yards in two of his last three games this season and while the 49ers have been solid vs. the run, this is more of a volume play than anything else for me.

Last week, Foreman vs. the Steelers finished with the sixth-most rushing attempts in the league, and despite a low snap count, is getting plenty of work to help stabilize the Titans' offense to help open up play-action for Ryan Tannehill.

Even if he averages 3 yards a pop (he's averaging 4.9 since becoming the lead back), that would still get him to 59.1 on the evening with his average number of touches.

The number feels too low for my liking, and I'd play this up to 52.5.

Nick Westbrook-Ikhine Anytime TD (+225)

Anytime touchdown bets always tend to sucker me in, but there's such a discrepancy right now between Westbrook-Ikhine and everyone else on the Titans that I feel like it's purely a value bet on the number; even with A.J. Brown returning tonight.

Via NFL Savant, Westbrook-Ikhine has been by far and away the Titans best red zone target this season; catching 6 of 8 targets for 3 touchdowns. His 12.3% red zone target share is tied for best on the team with Brown, except he's been far more efficient with both completions as well as touchdowns.

Tannehill has enough of a sample where he won't hesitate to look his way, and especially with Brown returning to the mix, Westbrook-Ikhine should draw a more favorable matchup.

Jimmy Garoppolo OVER 236.5 Passing Yards (-125)

As our guy Iain MacMillan mentioned on the latest podcast episode of "Bet & Breakfast," Garoppolo is the best quarterback in the NFL in yards per completion. While that may be more of a George Kittle or Deebo Samuel effect than the QB itself, it still gets credited to his name in the form of passing yards!

The Titans, for as good as they've been against the run this year, ranking 2nd in the NFL in rushing allowed, have still struggled in the passing game; ranking 20th in pass yards. With the 49ers' skill position players owning massive YAC (yards-after-catch) numbers right now with Kittle and Samuel healthy, I expect Garoppolo to get his passing yards padded once again.
