Russell Wilson and the Seattle Seahawks will face off against the Chicago Bears this afternoon in Week 16 action. The Seahawks are coming off a disappointing loss to the Rams last week, falling to 5-9 and fourth in the NFC West. Meanwhile, the Bears lost their third straight and now hold a 4-10 record overall.

While this game might not mean much in the standings, there are some individuals worth watching. Let’s take a look at some prop odds for this showdown, courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook.

3 Best Prop Bets for Bears vs Seahawks

  • Russell Wilson UNDER 241.5 Passing Yards (-125)
  • Tyler Lockett OVER 60.8 Receiving Yards (-115)
  • DK Metcalf UNDER 60.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

Russell Wilson UNDER 241.5 Passing Yards (-125)

This is a tough call because the Bears passing defense is quite bad. But, something has been off with Wilson all year and last week’s game in LA tells me he is still not right. Wilson was way off target for most of the day and was underthrowing his receivers left and right. This could indicate that his finger injury was re-aggravated and/or never completely healed.

In his last eight games, Wilson has gone over this total only two times. Against Washington and the Texans. Even then, he managed to go over by just 24 yards combined. I know Wilson and this team want some strong games to end the year, but he could continue to struggle down the stretch if his finger is still bothering him.

Tyler Lockett OVER 60.8 Receiving Yards (-115)

The Seahawks got some good news for a change when Locket was removed from the COVID-19 list on Thursday. The Seahawks’ No. 1 receiver has caught 62 passes for 1,023 yards and five touchdowns so far this year. It is worth noting that Lockett was symptomatic so he is coming off an illness but was a full practice participant on Friday.

His last game out was a 142-yard performance against the Texans. Lockett has not gone under this total in his last four games and has five games this year over 100 yards. The Bears' defense is rather poor at defending the pass and I think Lockett cleans up tonight.

DK Metcalf UNDER 60.5 Receiving Yards (-115)

While Metcalf saw a season-high 12 targets last week, he did so without Lockett on the field. Since getting healthy, Wilson has preferred Lockett to Metcalf and the two struggled last week without the No. 1 option on the field. Metcalf was only able to secure six of his 12 targets for 52 yards. Wilson tried to take a few shots with Metcalf but was way off the mark on a few or passed into double coverage. I think Wilson tries to get Lockett back in the groove and Metcalf’s targets take a hit.
