The Phoenix Suns will put their 17-game winning streak to the test again on Thursday against the 4-17 Detroit Pistons

The Pistons are one of the worst offensive teams in the NBA, and WynnBET has Phoenix as a 12-point favorite in this matchup

Let’s break down some prop bets to take in tonight's clash in Phoenix:

Best Prop Bets for Pistons vs. Suns

  • Cameron Johnson OVER 2.5 3-Pointers (+110)
  • Landry Shamet OVER 10.5 Points (-104)
  • Cade Cunningham UNDER 19.5 Points and Assists (+100)

Cameron Johnson OVER 2.5 3-Pointers (+110)

Cameron Johnson is averaging just 8.8 points per game this season, but he’s likely going to see a bigger role on offense with Devin Booker (hamstring) out in this matchup.

Johnson is an elite shooter (39.0 percent from 3 this season), and has hit multiple 3-pointers in seven of his last eight games. He’s gone over this number in four of those contests, and I’d expect his shots and minutes to see a slight uptick tonight.

The Pistons allow 12.1 3-pointers per game this season, and I think Johnson has value at +110.

Landry Shamet OVER 10.5 Points (-104)

If Johnson isn’t the primary beneficiary from Booker’s absence, then it will likely be Shamet, who hit some clutch 3s in the Suns’ win over the Golden State Warriors on Tuesday.

Shamet is averaging just 7.3 points in 18.6 minutes per game this season, but he played 23:46 in the win on Tuesday, his second highest minutes total of the year. Shamet isn’t afraid to let it fly, and he could grab a start tonight which would make me like this prop even more.

Cade Cunningham UNDER 19.5 Points and Assists (+100)

Cade Cunningham has shown some flashes in his rookie season, but he’s put up just three assists over his last two games and is shooting only 36.0 percent from the field and 27.4 percent from 3.

The Suns just held Steph Curry to 4-for-21 shooting on Tuesday and have the second best defensive rating in the NBA. Mikal Bridges is going to make things tough on the rookie tonight.
