It’s only Week 3, but we are already seeing who is going to be in the MVP conversation moving forward. Right now, Kyler Murray’s odds are skyrocketing after every performance. If you believed in Murray before the season started, you got yourself a deal. Murray is currently at +650, which is at least twice as short as he was in the preseason.

Throughout the year players are going to move up and down the ladder, meaning the odds are going to change. If you missed out on getting Murray’s MVP ticket at a great price, here are three players to buy low on right now before their MVP case gets any better.

All odds listed are via WynnBET.

Russell Wilson (+1200)

The case for Wilson is easy. He was an MVP candidate in 2020 but fell off midway through the season, but now he is back with a new offense that is sustainable to the end. On top of that, Wilson plays in the difficult NFC West. The winner of that division is going to have a great record and if Wilson and the Seahawks can win it, he will surely be at the top of the list.

Justin Herbert (+1500)

Herbert was getting heavy “Golden Child” treatment over the offseason and even had his odds to win MVP moved to +1000. After a 1-1 start, Herbert is down at +1500 and has great value because of the drop. The Chargers haven’t hit their groove yet and will only do so when Herbert hits his. Although it wasn’t encouraging to see him put up 17 points against the Cowboys, he was still able to make a few plays that showed off his talent.

Herbert has two touchdowns and three interceptions this year. That won't be the case moving forward. With Austin Ekeler and Keenan Allen, Herbert has weapons to deploy on the rest of the league. Just be patient with him.

Aaron Rodgers (+1500)

Every year, we want to write off Rodgers and say that this is his last year being this good, yet he never stops. The Packers are only going as far as Rodgers takes them and the second half of the Monday Night Football game proved he can still take them a long way.

Rodgers won the MVP last season and might have more on his plate this year. With Za’Darius Smith out and the defense reeling, Rodgers will have to put on his cape and save the team again. Expect him to get into his rhythm soon.
