Cleveland Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield has been playing through a partially torn labrum in his left shoulder. Yes, he throws with his right arm, but that still can’t be too comfortable. The injury may have something to do with his performance last week when he completed just 15 of 33 passes for 155 yards against the Minnesota Vikings.

The Browns' running back tandem of Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt should get a lot of running time against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 5, as they should be the focal point for Cleveland’s offense.

The Chargers' rushing defense has been its weak point on defense, allowing 139.5 rushing yards per game, good for 29th in the NFL. Los Angeles gave up 90 rushing yards to Antonio Gibson of the Washington Football Team in Week 1, 109 rushing yards to Tony Pollard and 71 yards to Ezekiel Elliott of the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2, and 100 rushing yards to Clyde Edwards-Helaire of the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 3.

Those large rushing performances against the Chargers defense makes for solid prop plays for Chubb and Hunt in Week 5. WynnBET Sportsbook currently has Chubb’s rushing yards prop set at 87.5 yards (Over -125/Under -115) and Hunt’s rushing yards prop set at 47.5 yards (Over -125/Under -115).

As long as Mayfield is not feeling 100 percent, Chubb and Hunt should be relied on heavily to carry the Browns offense, and they both could have hefty rushing yard totals against the Chargers questionable rushing defense this week.
