Elijah Mitchell -105
Before last week’s snow day in Green Bay, Mitchell had scored in four of the 49ers’ last five games. As the starting running back, who gets close to 20 carries a game, Mitchell will be one of the first options on the goal line. The Rams gave up two touchdowns to Leonard Fournette last week. If San Francisco can move its offense a little better, I really like this pick.
Odell Beckham Jr.: +125
I whiffed on OBJ’s touchdown prop last week, but I’m coming right back to the well. Surprisingly, Beckham has had two catches for 18 yards in both games against the 49ers. However, the first game was his debut with the team. Beckham saw eight targets last week and will continue to get that amount of workload.
He’s scored a touchdown in six of the last nine games. The Rams’ offense is on fire right now and I expect Beckham to get in on the action.
Brandon Aiyuk +250
Aiyuk had a great game against the Rams in Week 18. He had six catches for 107 yards, but sadly no touchdowns. I expect for Aiyuk to get the same amount of work with the same amount of success. Aiyuk hasn’t been in the endzone much this season, but with Deebo Samuel and George Kittle potentially being limited, Aiyuk has a good chance of being the big play threat for San Francisco.
