I hope so, because we've got a power-packed MLB slate dripping with value across the board. Our team here at BetSided has you covered with previews for every game, but it's time to put a full meal together in one bet.
A mouthwatering appetizer here, refreshing drink there, topped off with a tantalizing entrée and you've got yourself a perfect Parlay Plate. Time to eat, folks.
As always, odds are courtesy of our friends at WynnBET Sportsbook:
Best MLB Parlay Picks Today
Houston Astros -1.5 (-115) vs Seattle Mariners
How's this for an appetizer? Justin Verlander has a 1.73 ERA over four starts and already has an eight-inning shutout performance against these Mariners. Seattle hasn't scored a single run in the first two games of this series and it won't get easier today.
The Mariners will start Matt Brash, who has one of the worst walk rates in the league and is coming off a two-inning, six-run nightmare against Miami.
Houston should roll.
Yankees ML (-137) vs Blue Jays
I'm a tad hungry, so perhaps two appetizers is more appropriate. Nestor Cortes is as budding superstar as he gets set for his fifth start of the campaign today. He ranks in the 96th percentile in xERA and 92nd in strikeout rate, with a 1.31 ERA. He didn't allow a run against Toronto in his first start of the year and I expect more of the same here.
On the other end, Yusei Kukechi and his 5.52 ERA will be overmatched against a Yankees' lineup that can't be stopped right now. Give me New York to earn a 12th straight win with ease.
Brewers -1.5 (-125) vs Reds
All good meals need a refreshing drink. Look, until the Reds resemble an actual baseball team, I'm just going to keep fading them every day. They're 1-18 in their previous 19 games, with 17 of those losses coming by multiple runs. Cincy has both the worst offense and worst pitching staff in MLB, typically a bad combination.
Freddy Peralta has surrendered just one run in his last two starts and is coming off six dominant, scoreless innings against the Pirates. On the other hand, Vladimir Gutierrez has a 7.41 ERA and has lost all four of his starts this year.
Milwaukee should have no problem earning the sweep.
Rockies -1.5 (+115) vs Nationals
This line has fallen a bit since I wrote up the Rockies as my favorite bet of the day, but the entrée of our meal is still oozing with value.
Patrick Corbin is terrible. Austin Gomber is not. Colorado has the best OPS in MLB against left-handed pitchers and should feast on Corbin and his 8.69 ERA.
Gomber had a 2.07 ERA at Coors Field last season and the Nationals offense is due for negative regression. The Rockies win in a blow out.
Four-Game Parlay (+1167)
There you have it! Our four-game, perfect Parlay Plate. Feel free to mix-and-match the games if you're not famished, like myself, but head on over to WynnBET if you're feeling frisky and want a chance at a huge payday on this glorious Wednesday.
Let's get after it! Big dogs gotta eat, after all.
