The goal here is to hit all of my bets. Thus, yesterday's reverse sweep was not exactly what I'd hoped for.

But hey, the Boston Red Sox couldn't have made the historic 3-0 comeback in the 2004 ALCS if they didn't lose the first three, right?

I'll do my best David Ortiz and Manny Ramirez impressions today - it's time to make history.

Without further ado, let's get into my favorite MLB parlay picks of the day with the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook:

Best MLB Parlay Picks Today

Braves (-185) vs Mets

It's everyone's favorite day of the week: Spencer Strider day! My new favorite athlete in the history of the universe is absolutely destroying lineups, allowing just three hits and one run over his last two starts while striking out 23 batters. He's the first rookie in history to record back-to-back outings with 11+ strikeouts and two or fewer hits.

I could watch this stuff literally all day. It's becoming my favorite activity: wake up, drink some coffee, and watch Strider throw gas.

He's allowed one or fewer runs in five of his last seven starts, allowing two in another with a poor outing mixed in. I expect his dominance to continue against a Mets' lineup that ranks 22nd in OPS against right-handed pitchers over the last two weeks.

But I also expect the Braves to hammer David Peterson, who has a 5.59 ERA this month and walked five batters in his last start. Atlanta is 17-3 in its last 20 as a home favorite. With Strider on the mound, trust that trend to continue.

Dodgers (-152) vs Cardinals

Winners of 11 of 12, the surging Dodgers should stay scorching-hot against Matthew Liberatore and the Cardinals. Liberatore is a pitcher I'll consistently fade moving forward. He's got a 5.49 expected ERA and an MLB Statcast Pitching Profile that might as well have a "FADE ME" sign on it:

Gross.

Meanwhile, Mitch White has a 1.88 ERA over his last four starts. Look for the Dodgers to improve to 7-2 in their last nine as road favorites thanks to the advantage White provides over Liberatore.

Padres (-131) vs Rockies

San Diego is 4-0 in Mike Clevinger's road starts this year as he's compiled a 2.61 ERA away from home. He's a fun performer, taunting his opponents with a dance of sorts until it's time to strike:

While Clevinger sways to the beat, Austin Gomber apparently has two left feet. The Rockies' 28-year-old lefty has a 6.64 ERA at home as the Rockies are 1-4 in his last five outings at Coors Field.

The Padres have advantages on offense and defense with the better starter and bullpen. At short odds, take San Diego to pull off a second straight win in the series.

Giants (-210) vs Diamondbacks

Every time I put the Giants in one of these, I swear to myself I'm not going to do it again. Then the world goes and pits Dallas Keuchel against them and I have no choice. One of these days I'll learn my lesson, but today won't be that day.

Keuchel is my single favorite pitcher to fade. He has a 10.18 ERA in his last five starts and dating back to last season, his team is 2-9 in his last 11 road outings. I'm pretty sure I could score on him, so the Giants better dang be able to.

Even if the turnstile we call Keuchel wasn't on the mound, I'd still be tempted to back Logan Webb for San Francisco. He's thrown five consecutive quality starts with a 1.32 ERA in that stretch. The guy is rolling on all cylinders, giving us plenty of value to back the Giants as home favorites.
