BetSided's Matt De Saro got fire on Saturday; going 3-0 in his "Best MLB Prop Bets" piece.

I'm hoping to do the same for Sunday with two of my personal favorites on the afternoon.

With plenty of day games to choose from, here are my two favorites available over at WynnBET Sportsbook or consensus lines.

  • Ronald Acuña Jr. OVER 1.5 Total Bases (-145)
  • Austin Voth OVER 3.5 Strikeouts (-115)

Ronald Acuña Jr. OVER 1.5 Total Bases (-145) - Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals

The Braves' slugger gets the distinct pleasure of facing right-hander Paolo Espino, who despite his 3.33 ERA this year, has had plenty of struggles since going into the rotation as a starter.

After slotting in the rotation, Espino has given up four earned runs in his last two starts, including two home runs in both. He's given up 11 of his 18 runs in his last four outings as a starter, and now gets an Atlanta lineup on a hot muggy day where the ball will be carrying.

It's a lot of juice to put on a hitter prop, but I think Acuña is worth it this afternoon.

Austin Voth OVER 3.5 Strikeouts (-115) - Baltimore Orioles vs. Los Angeles Angels

The Halos continue to struggle for consistency in the month of July (and really since the first two months of the season).

Their matchup against Voth looks decent on paper. Voth's ERA is up near 7.20, but he's also been incredibly unlucky this year.

The 30-year old right-hander is making just his fifth start of the season, and his Fielder Independent Pitching, or FIP is more than three whole runs lower than his ERA at 4.10. His expected FIP is even lower; coming in at 3.99.

As he starts to get stretched out further, I like him to hit this number against a struggling Angels squad. His K/9 is very solid at just under 8.50, and he's come close or beaten this in his last few starts despite not going very many innings.
