Best NBA Prop Bets Record to Date

Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Klay Thompson UNDER 21.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-115)
  • James Wiseman OVER 14.5 Points and Rebounds (-115)
  • Jaden Ivey OVER 15.5 Points (+100)
  • Cade Cunningham OVER 1.5 Steals (+121)
  • Bradley Beal OVER 28.5 Points and Assists (-140)

Klay Thompson UNDER 21.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-115)

The honeymoon phase with Klay Thompson has worn off, so we can finally be honest. Klay Thompson is cooked. He’s shooting 40% from the field this year and 34% from three. He was able to clear this line with some high-volume shooting in the first two games, but I don’t think those opportunities will be available today. The Suns have the fourth-best defensive rating in the league, and Thompson will not only struggle shooting, but getting assists.

Unless Thompson has a big day from the field – which he hasn’t indicated he will – the UNDER here is a great play. – Donnavan Smoot

James Wiseman OVER 14.5 Points and Rebounds (-115)

Come and get some VALUE on James Wiseman in the Golden State Warriors’ matchup with the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday.

This season, Wiseman is averaging 11.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game, clearing his line of 14.5 points and rebounds tonight in all three of his games. Wiseman played his best game of the season in the Warriors’ win over Sacramento, playing 20 minutes and scoring 14 points with six boards.

The former No. 2 overall pick is going to see his minutes increase if he keeps playing this well, and he could push this number (like he did last game) on points alone.

This is one of my favorite props of the season to date. – Peter Dewey

Jaden Ivey OVER 15.5 Points (+100)

Back to the well with what is becoming an ATM in Jaden Ivey points prop. It's three games, sure, but Ivey has cleared this mark in all of them: 19, 17 and 17 points.

Now, Ivey faces a middling Washington team on Tuesday night. The Wiz have been gashed by guard play this season, allowing 30-plus to the likes of DeMar DeRozan and Donovan Mitchell. While Ivey isn't at that level just yet, he is still capable of going over this total that he has shown he can already in his career. – Reed Wallach

Cade Cunningham OVER 1.5 Steals (+121)

Cade Cunningham averages 1.3 steals per contest through three games, nabbing a pair in a competitive battle with the New York Knicks. Dating back to last season, he's snagged multiple steals in four of his last eight games as he's becoming a menace defensively.

Now, Cunningham faces a Washington Wizards offense that ranks dead-last in turnover percentage (17.7%), with Bradley Beal, in particular, averaging a dreadful 4.7 turnovers per game.

Four different Wizards average at least two turnovers per contest, and I think Cunningham is in a good position to deliver with plus odds.

Detroit wants to remake itself as a stellar defensive unit, which means taking advantage of poor offenses like Washington's. Thus, I love the +121 odds for Cunningham to swipe at least two steals. – Joe Summers

Bradley Beal OVER 28.5 Points and Assists (-140)

Bradley Beal is playing a whole boatload of minutes in the early going this year, averaging 38.7 per game in the first three matchups of the season. An extra five came in an overtime loss to Cleveland but for the minutes he's out on the court, he's looked terrific.

So far this year, Beal is averaging 23 PPG to go along with 6.3 assists. Our guy Peter Dewey wrote up earlier how Beal's shooting 61.7% from the floor, and has been extremely efficient in his production.

Via Sam McQuillan of TAN, Beal has also averaged 26.5 points and just under six assists per game vs. Detroit over his last eight games. Many of the Pistons teams he's faced in previous years were at least improved defensively.

While the efficiency numbers will eventually start to drop, I'll ride the Beal train yet again at home against a team that's not going to stop him. -- Ben Heisler
