The BetSided team is all in on player props for this NBA season, sharing our favorite and best prop bet picks each day during the year.

Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Finals is the focus of the sports world on Sunday night, and I have two player prop picks for this matchup.

Best NBA Prop Bets Record to Date

Here are the plays I am eyeing for tonight’s slate with all odds via WynnBET:

Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Kyle Lowry UNDER 20.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-105)
  • Derrick White OVER 8.5 Points (-125)

Kyle Lowry UNDER 20.5 Points, Rebounds and Assists (-105)

Kyle Lowry had a fantastic Game 6, scoring 18 points, dropping 10 dimes and adding four boards, but I’m not sold on him repeating that in Game 7.

Lowry is dealing with a hamstring injury that has limited him all postseason, and he’s cleared 20.5 PRA just two times in nine playoff games. This postseason, Lowry is averaging 7.0 points, 3.2 rebounds and 4.9 assists per game.

I’ll fade Lowry in what should be a low-scoring Game 7.

Derrick White OVER 8.5 Points (-125)

Derrick White has been on fire since Game 4, and he’s done it by being more aggressive.

White took just four shots in Game 1 and two shots in Game 3, but since then he has taken 14, eight and 14 shots in the last three games. Over that three-game stretch, White has scored 22, 14 and 13 points.

If you look at White’s playoff game logs, he’s scored nine or more points in nine of his last 13 games, and if he continues to see an uptick in usage, he’s going to clear this line easily

The total for this game is really low, as most NBA Game 7s are, but White should see around 30 minutes since the Celtics play such a short rotation as it is.
