Best NBA Prop Bets Today
- Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 29.5 Points (-115)
- Kevin Durant OVER 27.5 Points (-105)
- Seth Curry OVER 11.5 Points (-120)
Giannis Antetokounmpo OVER 29.5 Points (-115)
Anytime I can take a reasonable line with Giannis Antetokounmpo, I’m going to do it. He’s cleared this line in seven of his last 10 games. Since 2019, he’s scored at least 30 points in five of the eight games he’s played against the Philadelphia 76ers.
Antetokounmpo’s speed will be the key tonight. Whether it’s Tobias Harris, Matisse Thybulle or Joel Embiid guarding him, he’ll need to attack quickly to get his points. With not a lot of juice here, I like the prop. – Donnavan Smoot
Kevin Durant OVER 27.5 Points (-105)
I may be backing the Detroit Pistons to cover against the Brooklyn Nets tonight, but that doesn’t mean I’m going to fade Kevin Durant when his points prop is at this low of a number.
Durant has put up over 27.5 points in three of his last five games, and he’s averaging 29.5 points per game on the season.
While Durant has taken a step back scoring at times with Kyrie Irving in the lineup, he still took 24 shots and scored 27 points (9-for-24) in the loss to Charlotte. If Durant sees that volume again, you can bet on him hitting the over, as he’s shooting 51.9 percent from the field this season. – Peter Dewey
Seth Curry OVER 11.5 Points (-120)
Since arriving in Brooklyn, Seth Curry's playing at an elite level with a higher usage rate. He is taking nearly one more 3 pointer per game (more than six now) and posting insane 50/48/86 shooting splits.
He's been a huge benefactor of playing alongside both Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant, averaging 14 points per game on six 3's per game alongside the two. The team is playing the Pistons tonight in a game with a sky high total of 233 and I'm expecting the Pistons to be blitzing Durant and Irving in the pick-and-roll similar to how the Charlotte Hornets did on Sunday night. That should open up advantageous situations for Nets' roll men like Andre Drummond who can find the lethal catch-and-shoot threat Curry to have a big outing.
Curry is a light's out shooter and I'll take advantage of this low total given the volume of 3's he's getting up and the capability of the Nets offense to hang 120 with ease. – Reed Wallach
