Here are the plays our team is eyeing for tonight’s slate with all odds via WynnBET:

Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • Jordan Poole OVER 16.5 Points (-115)
  • Kevon Looney UNDER 7.5 Rebounds (-110)

Jordan Poole OVER 16.5 Points (-115)

As long as Poole’s point total is set at this line, I’m going to take the over. Poole is a natural scorer and is coming off his best game since Game 3 of the Memphis series. He was efficient in Game 1 and still has a lot of room for improvement. If Poole can start knocking down threes, this line will be moved up instantly. Tonight, Poole might even get more playing time if the game is closer than it was in Game 1. That volume plus an increase in outside shooting is a recipe for success. – Donnavan Smoot

Kevon Looney UNDER 7.5 Rebounds (-110)

I breathed a huge sigh of relief when Looney finished with just five rebounds in Game 1, despite giving the Warriors a massive start in the first quarter. He grabbed four of his five within the first quarter and still ended up still finishing far short of his projected total.

With a closer game expected in Game 2, I get why oddsmakers still have yet to adjust the number, but as I pointed out ahead of the first game of the Western Conference Finals, Looney has hit the over on 7.5 just twice over his last 19 games. He’s now 2 for his last 20 on the over 7.5 rebounds. The only reason his average is remotely close, is due to a 22-rebound performance in Game 6 against the Memphis Grizzlies.

If Golden State goes small, that forces Looney off the court and takes away his limited opportunities to hit this prop. In a closer game with both lineups likely going small to space the court, I think we see less of Looney tonight. – Ben Heisler
