Best NBA Prop Bets Today

  • James Harden OVER 23.5 Points (-120)
  • Steph Curry OVER 28.5 Points (-125)

James Harden OVER 23.5 Points (-120)

James Harden may only be averaging 22.0 points per game this season, but he has taken his game to another level over the past two contests, scoring 36 and 39 points while shooting 50.0 percent from the field.

It’s possible that the time in the COVID-19 protocols helped Harden, as he didn’t have the same burst earlier in the season. Now, the former MVP looks poised to take advantage of a Sixers team that lacks backcourt defense with Ben Simmons still sitting out.

Harden has gone over this number in three of his last four games and even with Durant back in the lineup I like him to stay hot on Thursday. – Peter Dewey

Steph Curry OVER 28.5 Points (-125)

The last time I strolled down Narrative Street in the NBA prop market, I was led astray by Joel Embiid, failing to get one more rebound versus the Jazz to clear the over.

This time, I'm ready to put myself out there again with Steph Curry's point prop after the Warriors put up a dud against the Nuggets at home on Tuesday.

Curry only scored 23 in 39 minutes in a 86-89 loss, but he's had a tendency to bounce back with a vengeance this season when he's gone below his scoring average (27.7).

Curry has also been red hot in his last several games in Denver. Over the last three seasons, he's carved up the Nuggets in the Mile High City for 32 points per game on 53% shooting. He can also tie LeBron James for the most 30-point games in the league tonight with 14.

Hopefully Narrative Street is paved with cash tonight. -- Ben Heisler
