Best NHL Odds for Every Game Today (Odds, Puck Lines and Totals for Wednesday, November 16)
By Ben Heisler
It's a lonely three-game slate this Wednesday evening in the National Hockey League, with two games in the national spotlight on TNT.
The dissapointing St. Louis Blues head to Chicago to face the surprising Chicago Blackhawks in the early game from the United Center. Chicago was expected to be amongst the worst teams in the NHL this year, but they've played tough for first-year head coach Luke Richardson, going 11-4 ATS in their first 15 games.
As for St. Louis, they're just 5-9 ATS so far this year, but have fared better on the road this year in covering than at home, going 4-4-0-0 SU away from the Enterprise Center.
In the late game, the L.A. Kings head way north to Edmonton to face off against the Oilers in the TNT doubleheader. L.A comes in hot, winners of four of their last five games, but have struggled on the road, going 1-5 in their last six.
The Oilers' struggles at home this year is good news for the Kings, who are just 4-5-0 at home this season, but an impressive 5-2-0 straight up on the road. There's also several trends backing the over in tonight's matchup. Via Covers, the OVER has not lost in the last four Oilers games at home, going 3-0-1, while the over has also gone 7-1-1 for the Kings in their last nine road games, and 10-4-2 to the over in their last 16 games.
