Michael Carter Anytime Touchdown Scorer (+150)

Michael Carter thrived in Mike White’s first start last week, carrying the ball 15 times for 77 yards and seeing 14 targets in the passing game, turning them into nine catches for 95 yards.

Carter scored through the air and on the ground last week, and he may be the Jets’ most effective offensive weapon with White under center. The Colts have allowed 85.5 rushing yards per game and 36.5 receiving yards per game to running backs this season.

I’ll take Carter to find the end zone for the Jets in this one.

Michael Carter OVER 4.5 Catches (-115)

I'm all over Carter in this game. The rookie running back has 23 targets and 17 catches in two games with Mike White playing under center, and I think we're getting some value at just 4.5 catches in this matchup.

The Colts are only allowing 4.2 catches per game to running backs this season, but that comes on six targets per game. If Carter sees close to double-digit targets again, I wouldn't be surprised if he easily passes the over on this prop, especially in a game the Jets are expected to be trailing in.

New York Jets +14.5 vs. Indianapolis Colts (-190)

The Jets are 10.5-point underdogs in this game, but I'm going move the spread past two scores in this one.

Mike White is due for some regression after upsetting the Cincinnati Bengals last week, but I don't believe in the 3-5 Colts to absolutely run away with this game. The Jets' defense is better than the Houston Texas, who Indy blew out this season, and I like New York to ride some momentum into this one on a short week.

Jonathan Taylor OVER 2.5 Receptions (-125)

Jonathan Taylor has made three catches in four of his last five games, and he's seen consistent targets all season (25 in eight games).

Frank Reich and the Colts need to win this game to stay alive in the AFC South, so I'd expect Taylor to be heavily involved to avoid the mistakes that Wentz made last week that cost Indy the game against the Tennessee Titans.
