Broncos Bettors Will Hate the Refs for Their Game Against the Cowboys

The Broncos just traded away franchise legend Von Miller at the deadline in a clear signal they are punting on the season. As if that wasn't bad enough, they just got assigned the worst officiating crew they could hope for agains the Cowboys.

According to 49ers writer Rick Gosselin, Bill Vinovich and his team will officiate the Broncos at Cowboys game today. The Cowboys are currently 10-point favorites on WynnBET with a moneyline at -440 for the Cowboys (bet $440 to win $100) and +350 for the Broncos (bet $100 to win $350).

While the spread could still work for Broncos fans and bettors alike, based on Vinovich's record as an official, don't expect an upset win by the Broncos.

Not only are home teams 5-2 this year in games called by Vonovich, but the Broncos are 1-6 over the last 10 years when he officiates their games. NOT GREAT!

As for the spread, BetSided writer Matt De Saro wrote the following about why he's picking the Cowboys at -9.5, which was the spread earlier in the week.

I am not usually one to blame coaches for the poor performance of their players, but, I think that Vic Fangio and Pat Schumer need to get together and figure out this offense.By that, I mean that Fangio needs to take the reigns if he hopes to steer this team to the playoffs. Things were looking good early on but the Broncos lost four in a row after starting 3-0.

If Prescott starts, I think this game could be a bloodbath if Denver can’t get their stuff together on offense and make better play calls. 

So that's a pick for the Cowboys to cover, but it seems pretty certain they will at least win.
