Cardinals vs. Rams: Odds, Spread, Over/Under and Prediction for NFL Week 4
As everyone expected, the NFC West is stacked. Through the first two weeks, the division boasts two 3-0 teams as well as the 49ers at 2-1.
Someone’s undefeated season has got to go on Sunday as the Los Angeles Rams will host the Arizona Cardinals in Week 4 to decide which team will be in sole possession of first place in the division.
The Rams are coming off a big win, defeating the defending Super Bowl champion Buccaneers 34-24. The Cardinals will enter the game having score over 30 points in each of their first three games, with their most recent win coming against the Jaguars in Week 3.
The latest Super Bowl odds have the Rams listed third on the oddsboard at +800 (bet $100 to profit $800) behind only the Bucs (+600) and Chiefs (+700). The Cardinals, despite the hot start, are still listed at +2000 (bet $100 to profit $2,000) on the odds list.
The game will also feature the top two MVP candidates. Matthew Stafford (+500) is the current betting favorite at WynnBET, but Kyler Murray of the Cardinals is right behind him at +600.

Cardinals vs. Rams Prediction and Pick
The Rams have dominated the Cardinals in recent history, winning their last eight straight games against them and covering the spread in seven of those games. With that being said, I’m bucking the trend and taking the Cardinals at +6.
Both teams get the majority of their yards through the air. The two teams rank fourth and sixth in passing yards percentage, meaning 78.44% of the Rams offensive yards gained are through the air and the Cardinals are right behind them in that stat at 74.56%.
While you may think the Rams have the better defense, that hasn’t been the case this season when it comes to defending the pass. The Cardinals rank ninth in opponent yards per pass attempt at 5.9, and the Rams rank 12th at 6.4. The way to beat the Cardinals this season has been running the football against them, but the Rams aren’t a strong running team, especially with their back field being as banged up as it is.
I think this game will be a close one, I’ll take the Cardinals and the points.
