Getting ready for Week 6 of college football? You've come to the right place.

It may not have been circled on your calendars for this week, but College GameDay heads to Lawrence for No. 17 TCU vs. No. 19 Kansas in a battle of two unbeatens atop the Big 12. The Jayhawks are one of the best teams against the spread this season, but will they keep it up?

We have plenty of trends to get you ready for the Week 6 slate, so let's waste no time and get to it!

Will Kansas Stay Undefeated Against the Spread?

Everybody's favorite team, the Kansas Jayhawks, are one of the only teams that is still unbeaten both straight up and against the spread, lining bettors wallet into the top 25.

Lane Leipold's team is one of five teams that are flawless ATS this season and will enter as underdogs for the fifth time this season on Saturday against TCU.

Texas Rare Favorite in Red River Showdown

The Red River Showdown is typically a marquee matchup, but not this year. Both Texas and Oklahoma enter unranked for the first time since 1998 making this a toned down affair. There's much less hype as each team has injury questions entering the game.

Texas is on track to get Quinn Ewers back from injury, but Dillon Gabriel appears to be out with a (likely) concussion after taking a nasty hit against TCU last week. With those two pieces of information, the Longhorns have ballooned to 8.5-point favorites as of this writing.

The Sooners have dominated this rivalry game, winning seven of the last 10 meetings between the two schools, but that has been accounted for in the market as Texas has covered in seven of the last 10.

How rare is this set up for the Longhorns? Texas enters as a favorite in the Red River Showdown for the first time since 2009.

Can North Carolina State Respond Off Clemson Loss?

North Carolina State has been on an upward trajectory under head coach Dave Doeren with a veteran defense and stud quarterback Devin Leary, but it hasn't broken through into the ACC Championship game just yet. It's going to be hard pressed to do so in 2022 after losing at Clemson last week, but nobody is as resilient as the Wolfpack.

Dating back to 2020, Doeren's group is 6-0 against the number off of a loss, meaning that the team doesn't let losses linger, they bounce back strong.

That'll be expected as they play under the lights at home against a formidable FSU team that is trying to respond off their first loss of the season to Wake Forest.
