The Kansas City Chiefs and Buffalo Bills play Sunday evening in the NFL's Divisional Round in what feels like an early version of another AFC Championship game in Kansas City.

Right now at WynnBET Sportsbook, the Chiefs are listed as 1.5-point favorites after hanging at 2.5 for most of the week. WynnBET senior trader Motoi Pearson shared their reasoning with BetSided why they decided to move the line a full point towards Buffalo, but regardless of what side you plan to wager on, the best time to bet on the matchup is later on today.

"WynnBET Win Hour" takes place every Thursday from 5-6 p.m. ET, and offers their users an opportunity to get either team at almost even odds!

For those who may be newer to sports wagering, most sportsbooks offer odds of -110 for most bets. A $110 bet at -110 odds would pay out $100. If a book is offering +125 odds, say for the Los Angeles Rams on the moneyline (to win straight up) over the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, that indicates a bet would pay out $125 on a $100 bet.

From 5-6 p.m. ET, WynnBET is offering both the Chiefs and Bills at -101 odds, meaning the only "juice" or payment to the sportsbook to take your bet is $1 on a $100 bet. If it were a $25 bet, it would be the equivalent of paying $0.25, rather than $2.50.
