UPDATE: Darren Waller is OUT after testing his hamstring in pre-game warm ups.
Raiders’ TE Darren Waller will be inactive today vs. the Saints due to his hamstring injury, per source. He’s close to being able to return, but not there quite yet.

Las Vegas Raiders tight end Darren Waller has been banged up since training camp, but he looks like he could return to the lineup in Week 8 against the New Orleans Saints.
Just an FYI: The latest hamstring issue Darren Waller was dealing with was not the same leg as the one during camp. He's feeling good now, looking forward to getting on the field Sunday with the @Raiders

Waller last played in Week 5 against the Kansas City Chiefs, but played just eight offensive snaps before leaving with the hamstring injury. Since the Raiders had a Week 6 bye, Waller missed just one game so far with the ailment.
After tallying 10 catches and a touchdown in the first two weeks of the season, Waller cooled off substantially for the Raiders in Weeks 3 and 4.
Las Vegas is favored in this game against the Saints, who are banged up in the secondary without star corner Marshon Lattimore.
Best Darren Waller Prop Bets vs. Saints in NFL Week 8
Since Waller's status is still up in the air, most sportsbooks only have props for him to score a touchdown in Week 8.
Personally, I'd stay away from betting on Waller until we can see him get through a full game, especially since he saw just 10 targets, making six catches in Weeks 3 and 4 combined.
The Raiders are clearly going to run their passing offense through Davante Adams, and Waller's hamstring issue could certainly flare up again as well. Until we see him get back to his old self, I'll stay away from betting on Waller props.
