Is KJ Jefferson Playing Today? (Latest Injury Update for LSU vs. Arkansas in Week 11)

One of the most intriguing games of the Week 11 slate has some injury questions surrounding it.
Arkansas quarterback KJ Jefferson has been battling a shoulder injury that has hindered his play over the last few weeks. He is listed as questionable for the team's game against LSU at home on Saturday. The Tigers are off one of the great upsets of the season against Alabama and now may get a banged up Arkansas team down their starting quarterback.

Latest KJ Jefferson Injury Update
Saturday morning update: Jefferson was officially ruled out for the game with a shoulder injury. Malik Hornsby will start in his place:
Arkansas personnel news: Malik Hornsby took first-unit reps in warmups with KJ standing by watching; LT Dalton Wagner is in sweats. So it looks like Hornsby and Ty'Kieast Crawford will make their first starts.

Saturday morning update: Despite warming up ahead of the team's game against LSU, it appears that Jefferson will not be starting on Saturday. However, he is dressed.
Arkansas QB KJ Jefferson is dressed today in warmups, but he's not throwing while the other QBs warmup. He's standing at the 25 with a coach. Other QBs are full out throwing.

Jefferson appears to be a game-time call with a shoulder injury. Coach Pittman isn't revealing anything about the dual threat signal caller heading into the LSU game, but here's the latest:
Sam Pittman says he has two decisions to make: 1) Is KJ Jefferson going to play at all, and 2) is he going to start?

Says he hasn't made those choices, but might be able to after practice today or tomorrow.
Coach Sam Pittman said KJ Jefferson didn't throw much yesterday, doesn't know what he'll do today, but he feels better than last week. Craftily throws out there that Malik Hornsby has looked good and team and coaches "believe in him."

For what it's worth, it was revealed after the team lost to Liberty last week that Malik Hornsby had taken the first team reps in practice, yet Pittman went with the banged up Jefferson for the game. He was able to pass for 284 yards, but tossed two interceptions as well.
