It may be NFL Sunday, but I’m still looking at tonight’s NBA slate for my best bets.

The Golden State Warriors just keep on winning, as they take their 11-1 record on the road to Charlotte tonight, and I think there’s some value in Steph Curry’s points prop that we’ll cover in this column.

Plus, are the Oklahoma City Thunder going to remain one of the NBA’s best teams to bet on tonight against the Brooklyn Nets?

Let’s get into some picks for the three-game slate on Nov. 14 with all odds via WynnBET:

NBA Best Bets Record to Date

Oklahoma Thunder (+9.5) vs. Brooklyn Nets (-110)

The Thunder lost their first three games of the season by double digits, but they have either won outright or lost by fewer than 10 points in each of their last eight games.

That’s helped OKC cover the spread seven times already this season, and I think it can get it done again at home against Brooklyn

As most young teams are, the Thunder are even better at covering the spread at home (4-1 this season), and the Nets are just 3-3 against the spread as a road favorite this season.

Steph Curry OVER 29.5 Points (-125)

Who doesn’t love to bet on a Steph Curry over?

When he’s hot, there’s no doubt that Curry is the NBA’s most exciting player, and I love that WynnBET has finally moved his points prop under 30 for this game. The Hornets have the fourth worst defensive rating in the NBA (111.2), and Curry has been red hot as of late.

After starting the season a little slow for his standards (25.1 points per game, 37.4 percent from 3 through his first nine games), Steph has been absolutely dominant in his last three games.

  • 11/08 vs. Atlanta Hawks: 50 points, (14-for-28 FG, 9-for-19 from 3)
  • 11/10 vs. Minnesota Timberwolves: 25 points, (8-for-16 FG, 3-for-9 from 3)
  • 11/12 vs. Chicago Bulls: 40 points (15-for-24 FG, 9-for-17 from 3)

He’s averaging 38.3 points per game and is hitting 46.7 percent of his 3s over that stretch. On the season, he’s averaging 13.3 3-point attempts per game and still is hitting at a 40.0 percent clip. He’s going to light up a weak Charlotte defense tonight.

Milwaukee Bucks Moneyline at Atlanta Hawks (+110)

The Atlanta Hawks have not been good this season, as they are just 4-9 on the year and a league-worst 3-10 against the spread.

The defending champion Bucks haven’t been great either, starting the season just 6-7, but they have been without Khris Middleton due to the league’s health and safety protocols.

The Bucks are dogs on the road, and I think they actually pull off the upset with Giannis Antetokounmpo expected to return tonight.
