We are into the final week of the regular season for most major conferences and the bubble is starting to get more tense with each passing night.

While Monday's college basketball slate is a bit shorter than usual, there are three key bubble teams in action, according to ESPN's bracketologist Joe Lunardi.

North Carolina (-7.5) vs. Syracuse

As Lunardi notes, the Tar Heels will remain on the 12 line with a win, but can avoid falling into trouble ahead of a game with Duke on Saturday with a win at home against the Orange.

UNC is a considerable home favorite in this one with the size and outside shooting to foil the Syracuse zone defense.

San Diego State (-2) vs. Wyoming

San Diego State is currently outside of Lunardi's projected field, and can move into the top 68 with a win at Wyoming. Oddsmakers at WynnBET Sportsbook are bullish on the Aztecs chances, installing them as road favorites against a Tournament bound Cowboys team.

For what it's worth, San Diego State does project to be in the dance to other bracketologists, but a win would help solidfy the Aztecs' case ahead of a highly anticipated Mountain West Tournament. A loss likely won't do all that much but just another squandered opportunity after the team lost at Boise State by 1 last week.

Kansas State (+12.5) vs. Texas Tech

Kansas State has a lot of work to do, but a win at Texas Tech would give a shot of life to the Wildcats Tournament hopes after the team lost a heartbreaker at home to Iowa State over the weekend.

A win would move the Wildcats up to the 'Next Four Out' tier, but it appears that KSU is going to need to go on a run in the Big 12 Tournament to make the field.
