San Francisco will once again be without running back Elijah Mitchell, but it has rattled off wins in five of its last six games to cement itself as a playoff contender in the NFC.

Tennessee Titans +3.5 vs. San Francisco 49ers (-110)
I was on the Steelers at +2 last week to upset Tennessee, and that bet looked atrocious for about 3 quarters before the Steelers made their late run at home.
The Titans have gone back to having an identity on offense. Granted, it’s not as effective without Derrick Henry in the mix, but D’Onta Foreman looked very good last week in the run game and they’ll need another strong outing from him to keep pace with San Francisco. Meanwhile, the 49ers have looked the part of a legitimate NFC contender the past several weeks, they still have plenty of holes on their roster, particularly on the defensive side of the ball.
The difference is the return of A.J. Brown back into the mix for Tennessee. Just having him as a threat on the field opens up the playbook for Tannehill, particularly when they move the pocket for him. If he’s healthy and ready to go, that’s a massive boost and worthy of taking the Titans with the 3 and the hook. – Ben Heisler
San Francisco 49ers -3.5 vs. Tennessee Titans (-110)
It's time for me to really stick my flag in the ground. The team that I've identified this week as a serious Super Bowl contender is going up against the team that I've deemed frauds. These two teams offenses are night and day in recent weeks.
The 49ers are averaging 6.2 yards per play over their last three games, which is the third most in the NFL. Meanwhile, the Titans are averaging 4.5 yards per play over their last three games, which 27th in the NFL. The 49ers are trending upwards, while Tennessee is lost without Derrick Henry. I'll back San Francisco to get the job done on Thursday night. – Iain MacMillan
Brandon Aiyuk UNDER 4 Receptions (-125)
After looking like he was about to break out a few weeks ago, Brandon Aiyuk has once again fallen behind Deebo Samuel and George Kittle in the pecking order at receiver for the 49ers.
Samuel gets his touches on the ground and through the air, and while Aiyuk has seen six or more targets in four of his last six games, he’s only gone over four catches twice in that span.
Tennessee is middle of the pack in terms of completions allowed (12th most) and passing yards allowed (13th most) this season. However, with Jimmy Garoppolo attempting just 23 passes in a win last week and Aiyuk seeing just two targets, I’ll take the under here on a short week. – Peter Dewey
