The NFC West division is heating up, and Thursday Night Football this week brings us a matchup between the Los Angeles Rams (3-1) and the Seattle Seahawks (2-2).

Los Angeles is coming off a loss to Kyler Murray and the undefeated Arizona Cardinals last week, while Seattle picked up a much-needed win over another division rival in the San Francisco 49ers.

WynnBET has the Rams as 2.5-road favorites against Seattle with the total set at 54.0 (Over -110/Under -110).

If you’re looking for picks for Thursday’s matchup, you’ve come to the right place. Here are out staff’s best bets with all odds via WynnBET:

Rams Team Total OVER 27.5 (-110)

I was able to grab the Rams -1 early in the week, but this line has since moved to -2.5, so here is another way to back LA.

I'm not impressed with the Seattle defense that has allowed more than six yards per play to their last three opponents and now face a high octane Rams offense that is fourth in the league in success rate. I like the Rams to win this one and break 30 points in the process. -- Reed Wallach

Rams -2.5 at Seattle Seahawks (-110)

I hate myself for being late to jump on this line after opening at -1, but I’ll take it up to 2.5 even in a tough environment like Seattle.

The Rams are the better team as the Seahawks still can’t stop the run, and are the best overall defense Seattle has faced this season.

Also, if you bet on Sean McVay after a loss, you would not be too profitable. Via Joe Osborne, the Rams have gone 13-6-1 ATS following a loss, including 8-2 on the road after a defeat.

Russell Wilson UNDER 270.5 yards (-115)

For his career, Wilson has averaged 222 yards per game against the Rams. Last season, he played the Rams three times and never broke 250 yards. The Rams have Wilson’s number and with D.K. Metcalf still yet to break out this season, Thursday might be a tough day at the office for Wilson.

The Rams are giving up 273.2 passing yards per game, which is right around the 270.5 line WynnBET has set for Wilson. On a short week against his rival, I don’t think Russ will be able to cook this week. -- Donnavan Smoot

Rams at Seattle OVER 54 (-110)

The Rams have had one of the best defenses in recent seasons, but that hasn't been the case so far in 2021. They rank 18th in opponent yards per play at 5.7 and the Seahawks defense has been even worse, ranking 24th in opponent yards per play at 5.9.

Meanwhile both teams have had some of the most explosive offenses in the league. They're tied for second in the NFL in yards per play at 6.6. They also rank second and third in yards per completion with the Rams averaging 13 and the Seahawks averaging 12.3.

Don't be afraid of the high total, take the OVER 54. -- Iain MacMillan

Cooper Kupp Anytime TD Scorer and Rams Win (+140)

Cooper Kupp has flourished with Matthew Stafford under center and he should have put up an even bigger game in Week 4 if Stafford didn’t miss him on a pair of touchdown looks.

Kupp has seen double-digit targets in every game this season and has already accumulated 30 catches for 431 yards and a league-high five touchdowns. The Seahawks allow the eighth-most passing touchdowns in the league at eight through four games, and I think Kupp rebounds from what was a down week by his standards in Week 4.

His anytime touchdown scorer prop is at -115 odds at WynnBET, so I’m going to take the Rams to win to grab this at more favorable odds (+140) -- Peter Dewey
