NFL Power Rankings Based on Super Bowl Odds Ahead of Week 12

The NFL has been an absolute rollercoaster the past few weeks, and Week 11 saw the Green Bay Packers, Tennessee Titans, Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys all lose.

Let's break down how each team looks ahead of Week 12:

1. Arizona Cardinals (9-2, +800) LW: No. 3

The Cardinals have survived three weeks of Kyler Murray out of the lineup and have come away with a 2-1 record against the Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers and Carolina Panthers. That's got them sitting pretty in the NFC.

2. Green Bay Packers (8-3, +1000) LW: No. 1

The Packers' defense let them down in a loss to the Minnesota Vikings. They need Jaire Alexander back, but Elgton Jenkins' ACL tear may be an ever bigger blow to this team that is already without David Bakhtiari on the offensive line.

3. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-3, +550) LW: No. 6

Tampa Bay took full advantage of a "get right" game against the New York Giants on Monday Night Football. The Bucs are firmly in the conversation to win the NFC and Super Bowl if their defense can hold up over the second half of the season. Week 11 was a nice start.

4. Los Angeles Rams (7-3, +750) LW: No. 7

The Rams were on a bye, but just about everyone ahead of them lost. That's a win for Sean McVay's squad.

5. Kansas City Chiefs (7-4, +700) LW: No. 9

They're back. Kansas City has allowed 20 or less points in four straight games and picked up a huge win over Dallas in Week 11. It wouldn't surprise me if the Chiefs won the AFC.

6. Tennessee Titans (8-3, +1600) LW: No. 2

The Titans losing to the Houston Texans is a huge concern, as the team's league-average stats finally seem to have caught up to them. I'm not writing Tennessee off, but the AFC is open for the taking at the moment.

7. Baltimore Ravens (7-3, +1100) LW: No. 6

Lamar Jackson was unable to go in Week 11, but the Ravens came away with a win against the Chicago Bears. It's a huge win with the Titans losing, but Lamar needs to get healthy for Baltimore to go anywhere this season.

8. Dallas Cowboys (7-3, +1000) LW: No. 5

It's hard to punish Dallas for losing to Kansas City, but the Cowboys have serious injury issues heading into Week 12 when they play on Thanksgiving Day. Dak Prescott can't put up another dud if the Cowboys want to maintain their edge in the NFC East.

9. New England Patriots (7-4, +1400) LW: No. 10

The Patriots have won five straight games to move to the top of the AFC East. Mac Jones has been a solid game manager, but Bill Belichick's defense has been the story, as they've allowed just 13 points over the last three weeks.

10. Los Angeles Chargers (6-4, +2000) LW: No. 11

Justin Herbert led another comeback win, his fifth this season, to keep the Chargers afloat in the AFC West. L.A.'s defense will have to improve if it wants to make any sort of run this season.

11. Buffalo Bills (6-4, +750) LW: No. 4

The Bills have a bunch of bad losses this season, and the latest was a blowout to the Indianapolis Colts. Buffalo may have to fight for a wild card if the Patriots continue to stay hot.

12. Cincinnati Bengals (6-4, +5000) LW: No. 14

Joe Mixon powered the Bengals past the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 11 and they've rebounded nicely to get to 6-4 this season. This has been a huge step forward for Cincy, but the Bengals honestly could be a playoff team this season.

13. Indianapolis Colts (6-5, +4000) LW: No. 17

Here come the Colts! Five touchdowns from Jonathan Taylor helped Indy upset the Buffalo Bills in Week 11. The two losses to the Titans will hurt the Colts in the division, but the playoffs are very much in reach after winning five of six.

14. Cleveland Browns (6-5, +3000) LW: No. 15

Baker Mayfield was getting booed on Sunday, but the Browns came away with an uninspiring 13-10 win over the Detroit Lions. It puts the Browns in a good spot in the AFC playoff picture, but there are still plenty of offensive concerns with this team.

15. San Francisco 49ers (5-5, +5000) LW: No. 21

The 49ers have put together back-to-back statement wins over the Rams and Jacksonville Jaguars to move back to .500. They are knocking on the door of the playoffs once again.

16. Minnesota Vikings (5-5, +5000) LW: No. 20

The Vikings have upset the Packers and Chargers in back-to-back weeks and are looking like a playoff team. Kirk Cousins has a 21/2 touchdown to interception ratio this season and Minnesota is much better than the floundering Saints or Panthers in the NFC playoff race.

17. Pittsburgh Steelers (5-4-1, +7500) LW: No. 16

The Steelers squandered a comeback on Sunday Night Football against the Chargers and are falling in the AFC North standings. If the defense is going to struggle to stop teams, the Ben Roethlisberger-led offense simply isn't good enough to keep up.

18. Las Vegas Raiders (5-5, +25000) LW: No. 12

The Raiders have gotten blown out in back-to-back weeks and lost three straight. This season is going downhill fast, and they may end up finishing in last in the AFC West after all.

19. New Orleans Saints (5-5, +20000) LW: No. 13

This Saints team is falling off the face of the earth without Jameis Winston and Alvin Kamara. Taysom Hill is sitting behind Trevor Siemian, which tells you how the Saints feel about him, and New Orleans is back to .500 on the season.

20. Denver Broncos (5-5. +50000) LW: No. 19

Denver was one a bye and locked up receivers Tim Patrick and Courtland Sutton long term. The problem? They still don't have a quarterback to throw to them (no offense Teddy Bridgewater).

21. Philadelphia Eagles (5-6, +10000) LW: No. 24

The Eagles are climbing in the latest Super Bowl odds, and a dominant win over the Saints has them working their way into the playoff picture. Maybe Jalen Hurts is a franchise quarterback after all.

22. Carolina Panthers (5-6, +50000) LW: No. 18

Cam Newton's return to the starting lineup was spoiled by an uncharacteristic bad game from the Panthers defense. Carolina has squandered a strong start, but maybe Cam can get this team into playoff position down the stretch.

23. Washington Football Team (4-7, +50000) LW: No. 26

Washington is trending up with wins over the Bucs and Carolina Panthers over the past two weeks. They're a long shot to make the playoffs, but Taylor Heinicke has shown some flashes this season.

24. Seattle Seahawks (3-7, +25000) LW: No. 22

Seattle is now 0-2 since Russell Wilson has returned and put up just 13 points in those two games. We may be watching the end of the Pete Carroll era this season.

25. Miami Dolphins (4-7, +100000) LW: No. 27

Miami has won three straight, but those wins have come against the New York Jets (worst defense in yards per play), Baltimore (second worst defense in yards per play) and Houston Texans (sixth worst in yards per play). Wins matter for Brian Flores and Tua Tagovailoa, but I'm not sold on this team turning things around.

26. New York Giants (3-7, +50000) LW: No. 25

Is it safe to say that the Joe Judge experiment failed? The Giants are bad, partly because of Daniel Jones, but partly because this simply isn't a well-coached team on either side of the ball. So many skill players (Saquon Barkley, Kadarius Toney, Kenny Golladay) are going to waste in New York.

27. Atlanta Falcons (4-6, +100000) LW: No. 23

Atlanta followed up a blowout loss to the Cowboys with a blowout loss to the Patriots on Thursday Night Football. Atlanta is finally playing as bad as we all expected it to be.

28. Chicago Bears (3-7, +100000) LW: No. 28

Justin Fields is hurt, Andy Dalton nearly led a comeback win, but the Bears ultimately lost to the Ravens who didn't have Lamar Jackson. Matt Nagy has to go.

29. Houston Texans (2-8, +200000) LW: No. 31

Tyrod Taylor and the Texans upset the AFC-leading Tennessee Titans in Week 11, exposing Tennessee as a potential fraud. There's not much to say other than Houston may have cost itself a chance at the No. 1 pick.

30. Jacksonville Jaguars (2-8, +200000) LW: No. 29

Another week, another underwhelming Trevor Lawrence performance. The Jaguars got blown out by the 49ers, and I'm starting to worry about how average Lawrence has looked under Urban Meyer.

31. 30. New York Jets (2-8, +200000) LW: No. 30

The Joe Flacco era (part two) began with a loss to Miami. The Jets' defense is fading, now allowing them most yards per play in the NFL, and the offense isn't much better. Elijah Moore has looked great as of late, but now New York needs it to come on throws from Zach Wilson.

32. Detroit Lions (0-9-1, +200000) LW: No. 32

The Lions put up a fight without Jared Goff, but ultimately lost again, this time to the Browns. Tim Boyle was bad in his first NFL start, and the Lions should be hoping that Goff can return if they want any chance at getting a win this season.
