We're far enough into the NFL season that we can start truly evaluating teams.

As we approach the halfway point, there are several teams who simplyaren't as good as their record indicates, but also a few teams bettors should consider buying low on.

Let's dive into three teams I expect to get back on track sooner rather than later, and hopefully buy low on in the betting market.

NFL Teams to Buy Low on in NFL Week 8

New Orleans Saints

Not many people are giving the Saints much of a chance this season. They sit at 2-5 heading into Week 8, but there are signs that they could start to gain some momentum. Currently, New Orleans ranks sixth in the NFL in net yards per play at +0.5.

Their offense has been able to move the ball on a consistent basis, but turnovers have cost them dearly. If Andy Dalton, or whoever is playing quarterback for them, can limit the turnovers, they could get hot.

Despite a tough start, they're still alive in a wide open NFC South, just one game back from the division-leading Buccaneers.

Las Vegas Raiders

The Las Vegas Raiders are another team that's 2-4 to start the year, but they're much better than their record indicates. They rank 14th in net yards per play this season at +0.2. They also have a +2.2 average scoring margin, despite being 2-4. Their two latest losses came by a combined three points.

The Raiders also have the sixth-easiest schedule the rest of the way out based on opponent win percentage.

They're set to take on the Saints in Week 8, and the winner of that game should skyrocket on people's power rankings.

Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens are 4-3 and tied atop the AFC North, so they may not exactly be your typical "buy low" candidate, but they have the easiest schedule the rest of the season based on opponent win percentage. Their only remaining opponent that currently has a winning record, is the Cincinnati Bengals who they'll play for a second time in Week 18.

They may have a path for the top seed in the AFC if the Bills stumble.

They're slight favorites in Tampa Bay on Thursday Night Football this week.
