NHL Best Bets Today (Kings Take Advantage of Stumbling Rangers in Los Angeles)
A disappointing 1-2 night on Monday is setting us up for a bounce back night on Tuesday.
Unfortunately, there are only two games to bet on tonight so I'll be limited to two bets. Let's make the most of it and try to hit both wagers.

NHL Best Bets Record-to-Date

NHL Best Bets Today (Tuesday, November 22nd)
- Sabres +100 vs Canadiens
- Kings -105 vs. Rangers
Sabres +100 vs Canadiens
If I were to set the odds for this game, I'd make Buffalo a slight favorite, so I'll gladly bet on the Sabres as underdogs in this spot. Their stats compared to the Canadiens are pretty similar, but the Sabres have the slight edge in almost every area.
We may also see some positive regression from the Sabres, who rank sixth in the NHL in 5-on-5 CORSI%, while the Canadiens rank 20th. I'll take a shot on them as underdogs in this spot.
Kings -105 vs. Rangers
Igor Shesterkin hasn't been in the same form he was in last year when he won the Vezina Trophy, and it's cost the Rangers some wins this season. Until he rounds back into form, I'm going to ba cautious betting on New York.
Not only have they had struggles in between the pipes at times, but their shooting has also taken a hit this year. They rank fourth in shooting percentage this season, finding the back of the net on just 8.51 percent of their shots.
The Kings have been playing fantastic hockey in their own end this season, ranking third in 5-on-5 expected goals allowed at 2.24. I think they're the smart bet on home ice tonight.
