Packers vs. Chiefs Prediction, Odds, Spread and Over/Under for NFL Week 9
By Reed Wallach
The Kansas City Chiefs escaped Arrowhead Field with a win on Monday night against the New York Giants, 20-17, to get back to .500 on the season.
Now, the team must turn around and face the 7-1 Green Bay Packers, who shocked the Arizona Cardinals last weekend despite being down their No. 1 receiver in Davante Adams.
Can the Chiefs quest back to the postseason stay on the right track, or will Green Bay hand KC another reality check that this team isn't the Super Bowl contender they once were?
Here are the odds from WynnBET Sportsbook, and our best bet for Sunday's marquee matchup.

Packers vs. Chiefs Prediction and Pick
As our Ben Heisler noted on Tuesday morning, following another underwhelming performance from the Chiefs on MNF, the line reopened with the Packers favored after the Chiefs were 2.5-point favorites in the lookahead market.
It's hard to blame oddsmakers with the move given the roll the Packers are on and the likelihood they get Adams back from the COVID-19 list this weekend.
Kansas City's offense continues to be crushed by turnovers on offense and the defense remains a concern. The team was able to hold off the undermanned Giants offense at home, but Rodgers and co. is a whole different story. The Packers are seventh in EPA/Play while the Giants offense is 24th.
I lean Green Bay to get the job done against Kansas City, but think the value has been sucked out of the line post-Monday Night Football. I'm going to wait and hope there is some public buyback on the Chiefs to push this to -1.5, so I can put the Packers in a six-point teaser at +7.5.
As for the total, it's high, but with good reason. The Packers offense should have no issue picking apart the Chiefs defense, but Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs offense is always dangerous in spite of the fact that the former league MVP is leading the league in interceptions. I lean over with each team pushing 30 points, but as of this writing I'm holding out for the line to shift in the Chiefs favor.
Pick: Wait for line movement, use Packers in teasers, lean OVER 55
