The PGA Tour regular season has come to an end, and now the FedEx Cup Playoffs begin.

The top 125 players in the FedEx Cup standings descend upon TPC Southwind as they battle for a spot in the top 70, which includes a berth in next week's BMW Championship.

I've already given you my betting preview and top picks to win this weekend, but here, I'll power rank who I think are the top 10 golfers competing in the field.

All odds listed below are via WynnBET Sportsbook.

FedEx St. Jude Championship Power Rankings

1. Rory McIlroy (+1100)

Some people may not agree with Rory McIlroy being the favorite this week, but I certainly do. He ranks first on Tour in total strokes gained this season, and he has a fantastic history at TPC Southwind that includes four finishes of 12th or better, in only five starts.

2. Cameron Smith (+1800)

Cameron Smith makes his first start since winning his first major at the Open Championship. His driving accuracy might hurt him this week, but everything else is so dialed in that he deserves the No. 2 spot.

3. Scottie Scheffler (+1400)

The No. 1 ranked golfer in the world hasn't golfed a ton this season since winning the Masters, but in 22 events played this season, he has four wins, nine top 10s, and 16 top 25s.

He finished 14th at this event last year.

4. Xander Schauffele (+1800)

Xander Schauffele has three wins in his last eight starts, including back-to-back wins at the Travelers Championship and the Scottish Open.

A golfer with no weaknesses has finally figured out how to string some wins together. That's a scary combination.

5. Matt Fitzpatrick (+2200)

Matt Fitzpatrick won the U.S. Open and still isn't getting the respect he deserves. I won't stand for it.

He ranks 2nd on Tour in total strokes gained this season.

6. Patrick Cantlay (+1800)

The defending FedEx Cup champion enters the event in fantastic form. In his last nine events, he has one win, five top 5 finishes, and only finished worse than T14 once.

7. Tony Finau (+2200)

We can no longer call Tony Finau a choker who can't win a golf tournament to save his life. He now enters the FedEx Cup Playoffs off back-to-back wins.

If he has all of a sudden learned how to win, watch out.

8. Jon Rahm (+2000)

Jon Rahm hasn't had the 2021-22 PGA Tour season that he was hoping for, at least from a results stand point.

With that being said, he still ranks 6th in total strokes gained. He shouldn't be underestimated this week.

9. Sungjae Im (+3000)

The South Korean golfer is hitting his stride at the right time. He's coming off back-to-back T2 finishes, and has been striking the ball beautifully.

10. Will Zalatoris (+2500)

It's hard to look past the golfer who ranks second on Tour in strokes gained: tee-to-green. Will Zalatoris is still seeking that elusive first win, but he has changed his caddie and that might be enough to give him the final push he needs.
