Sixers vs. Knicks Prediction and Odds: Expect Plenty of Points in New York
By Peter Dewey
The New York Knicks and Philadelphia 76ers have both opened the season with 2-1 records, and they will face off on Tuesday night at Madison Square Garden.
After losing to the lowly Orlando Magic on Sunday night, the Knicks and Julius Randle are looking to bounce back against a Sixers team that is still without Ben Simmons.
Philly took care of business against the New Orleans Pelicans and Oklahoma City Thunder so far this season, but it lost to the Brooklyn Nets on Friday night.
Here the odds for this matchup courtesy of WynnBET Sportsbook:

Knicks vs. Sixers Prediction and Pick
I’m very intrigued to see how these two teams matchup with Simmons out of the picture.
Mitchell Robinson is about as good a defender as you could ask to throw on Joel Embiid, but New York’s depth behind him is questionable.
The Knicks are leading the NBA in 3-pointers made (18.0) and attempted (49.0) per game this season, and the Sixers aren’t far behind in fifth with 14.7 made on 34.0 attempts per game.
Tom Thibodeau prides himself on the defensive end, but the Knicks are third in the NBA in points per game and the Sixers come into this one in ninth.
I love the over 218.0 points in this matchup between two top-10 offenses.
