The San Antonio Spurs hope to bounce back from their loss to the Houston Rockets the last time these two teams faced off when they play again Tuesday night.

The Spurs were without Derrick White in the last matchup, and the Rockets have lost three of their last four since beating the Spurs.

Here are the latest odds for this game via WynnBET:

Spurs vs. Rockets Odds, Spread and Total

Spread:

  • Spurs -4.5 (-110)
  • Rockets +4.5 (-110)

Moneyline:

  • Spurs: -200
  • Rockets: +165

Total:

  • 234 (Over -110/Under -110)

Spurs vs. Rockets Prediction and Pick

This is just the fifth time this season that the Spurs will be favored on the road, and they are just 1-3 against the spread in those games.

That’s less than ideal for bettors like myself who love fading this terrible Rockets team, but there are still reasons to back San Antonio tonight.

The Spurs rank 19th in offensive rating, 20th in defensive rating and fifth in pace this season, while the Rockets are 26th, 30th and first in those respective categories.

That tells me that a ton of points are going to be scored in this game, hence the total at 234.

However, since the loss to the Rockets, the Spurs have gone under this number in six straight while the Rockets have gone under 234 combined points in three of their last four.

I like the under in this game, but I also don’t trust this Houston team.

Lean: Spurs -4.5 (-110)
