Sunday Six: Best Anytime Touchdown Bets Today for NFL Week 9
The leaves are falling as the Autumn weather turns crisp and cool in November, and unfortunately in Week 8, our "Sunday Six" picks cooled off as well.
Fortunately, BetSided's Peter Dewey's pick of Kenneth Walker III (-110) still came through in the Seattle Seahawks' home victory over the New York Giants.
This week, we're back for revenge, with multiple selections focused on today's NFC North battle in the Motor City between the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions. Additionally, we also have plays featuring two other matchups in the early afternoon slate, and one play at big odds for Sunday Night Football between the Kansas City Chiefs and Tennessee Titans at Arrowhead.

Best Anytime Touchdown Picks For Week 9
Christian Kirk - Las Vegas Raiders vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
The Raiders defense has been terrible. They’re 27th in opponent yards per pass attempt, and even more importantly, they allow 2.1 passing touchdowns per game, the second most in the NFL. So, a strong touchdown bet this week will be any Jaguars receiver.
I’m going to go with Christian Kirk, who has cooled off since the start of the season. Regardless, he has seen at least seven targets in five starts this season. He also already has four touchdowns this season, so I’ll back him to get his fourth on Sunday.

A.J. Dillon - Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions
The Green Bay Packers need to rejuvenate their offense, and leaning on the running game is the way to do it.
A.J. Dillon put up 54 yards on 10 carries last week against Buffalo, and even though he only has one score on the season, he’s still averaging 10.9 carries and 1.8 receptions per game. Aaron Jones is -127 to score, so I like the value on the bigger back in Dillon to punch one in on the ground.
The Lions have allowed 13 rushing scores this season, the second most in the NFL, and they’ve given up the most yards per play on the season. This should be a spot for the Packers’ offense and Dillon to turn things around. – Peter Dewey

Dillon hasn’t scored a touchdown since Week 1, but this is the perfect time to back him. He had his best game in over a month last week against the Bills, seeing 10 carries for 54 yards. Detroit has the worst defense in the league, and that isn’t a secret.
If the Packers get up, watch for Dillon to get the ball late and put the game away. – Donnavan Smoot
Romeo Doubs - Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions
Doubs had a sensational TD catch in Green Bay's loss to Buffalo, and I imagine that's earned him more trust from Aaron Rodgers. He has three touchdowns on the season, and now faces a Lions defense that ranks dead-last in opponent yards per pass attempt (8.1).
They've surrendered 9.1 yards per catch over the last three weeks, so things are actually getting worse for the beleaguered secondary. Detroit allows a touchdown per game to wide receivers.
I love catching odds this high for an emerging player that should get at least a couple of red zone looks. Back Doubs to find pay dirt for the second straight week. - Joe Summers
Isaiah McKenzie - Buffalo Bills at New York Jets
McKenzie is the Bills jitterbug receiver that's typically used against man defense, which is the preferred method of the Jets. Cornerback Sauce Gardner will likely be on Stefon Diggs on the outside, leaving McKenzie to operate underneath.
As a big favorite against the Jets, there will likely be scoring opportunities to go around, I’ll side with McKenzie at these odds. He has three touchdowns on the year with 27 targets. - Reed Wallach

T.J. Hockenson - Minnesota Vikings at Washington Commanders
As an NFL player there are probably few joys greater than getting traded out of Detroit.
Hockenson has had his moments in Detroit, but they have been few and far between. He has shown flashes of the great talent that got him drafted in the first round, but now he will be fully unlocked in the Minnesota offense.
The Vikings invested a second and third round draft pick in him, so they will want to start getting a return on that draft capital right away.
Kevin O’Connell will almost certainly have a red zone package for him and we know that he is excited to finally be on a competitive team. - Josh Yourish

Dontrell Hilliard - Tennessee Titans at Kansas City Chiefs
Kansas City current sits as a consensus 12.5-point home favorite coming off their bye week against Tennessee, which sets up well for pass-catching specialist Dontrell Hilliard.
The Titans, despite having the big dog in Derrick Henry on their side, may be forced to play catch-up in more passing down situations, and his matchup vs. the Chiefs is about as advantageous as it gets.
The speedy Hilliard already has three receiving touchdowns this year, and in a limited sample, averages 7.8 yards per attempt on the ground. When he's on the field, he gets targeted and the price is right for Sunday night. - Ben Heisler
